Part of the Ellis XC team traveled to compete in hot and windy conditions at Quinter. The team came home with three individual placers, and the HS boys team finished fourth. HS Volleyball hosted Hoxie & Hill City tonight. Varsity dropped their match against Hoxie 17-25, 25-23, & 14-25. JV was also unable to win against Hoxie with scores of 18-25 & 13-25. Both Varsity & JV were able to get wins against Hill City! Varsity winning both sets 25-19 & JV 25-23 & 25-22!! Varsity is 2-2 and JV 5-3 on the season. C-Team will play in the Russell tournament Saturday morning starting at 9 a.m. Varsity & JV will play Tuesday September 9th in Norton. 🖤🏐🧡

The Ellis XC team makes a big splash in the 2025 season. They traveled to Lindsborg to compete in the Smoky Valley Invitational. The team brought home four medals: Avery Boydston, Taryn Boydston, and Shayen Boydston all brought home gold, while Judah Albin finished second. It's a great day to be an XC Railer!!
