Junior high boys’ basketball coach, Bryant Eichman, has been spending his Friday mornings doing his internship is Miss Rohleder’s math classes. Today, he got in on some coloring action with a student during indoor recess.
The sixth graders learned about genetic and environmental factors that affect animal survival. In groups, they created games about a specific animal and factors it may face. They worked very hard, so today they get to play each game! 🎲

WGS PTO Bingo night November 18th 6:30-8:00 in the gym.
Fourth graders are learning about transparent, translucent, and opaque items. Today they went on a hunt around the classroom for examples of each type of item. 🔦

Reminder that PTO Bingo night is Friday November 18th at 6:30 in the gym.
All 6th graders received a dictionary today courtesy of the Hays Optimist Club. Local member, Nathan Legleiter, joined the class to challenge them with some dictionary usage skills!
Second grade had a fun nutrition presentation today. They got to make nutritious and delicious turkeys. Thank you Kourtney Talkington for the snack and project!!!
