1st Annual Shrine Duals took place yesterday at Newman University in Wichita. Twenty-eight matches showcased some of the best seniors in the state. The Railer Wrestling teams were well represented. Coach Zeke and Coach Ron were asked to help officiate the duals. Festivities began at 9am and ended at 7pm, but the highlight came at the intermission when Colton Metzler took center mat to share his heartwarming story about his journey as a Shriner’s Kid. He represented himself, Railer Wrestling, and the Ellis community well. Colton showcased his wrestling abilities with a win in an exhibition match. Senior Kaydawn Haag concluded her wrestling career with the fastest pin in the dual over the #4 all-class ranked female wrestler. #itsagreatdaytobearailer

Track & Field: No formal meeting. May schedule time with Coaches. Workouts will go home with students.
