As we prepare for the upcoming retirement of Mr. John Befort, our elementary principal, I want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate his contributions to USD 388 and Washington Elementary. Under his leadership, our school has flourished, and his commitment to our students, staff, and families will leave a lasting impact. As we look ahead to selecting a new principal, your input is invaluable. We are seeking feedback on the qualities, characteristics, and leadership traits you believe are essential in continuing our tradition of excellence. What type of leader will best support the needs of our students, staff, and families? Please share your thoughts by completing this survey at https://forms.office.com/r/uGuGnyLNcv Feedback will remain open until December 20th at 1 pm. Your insights will guide us in finding a leader who can build upon the strong foundation Mr. Befort has established and help us move forward with vision and purpose. Thank you for being an integral part of this process and for helping shape the future of WGS. Janice Wilson USD 388 Superintendent
