Several seniors took advantage of Apply Free Kansas today. Colleges across the state waived their application fee today and students were given class time to apply to various colleges with Mrs. Carroll's help.
EJH volleyball will be hosting a home scrimmage tomorrow October 10th starting at 4:30pm at EHS. Varsity and JV will kick off the evening by playing two sets, third to 15 if needed. We will then mix the girls up and play an additional two sets, third to 15 again if necessary.

EHS Lady Railers walked off the court tonight with 4 wins, in straight sets. JV beat Trego 25-7 & 25-9, V beat Trego 25-8 & 25-16. Finishing out the night JV beat Plainville 25-14 & 25-22 & V won 25-13 & 25-23! Way to go Lady Railers! Next matches Thursday against TMP & Victoria!

Information for EJH volleyball game on October 8th is attached below. Please note this is Varsity ONLY and takes place on Tuesday the 8th. All girls will be released from school like a regular game day, but again this is Varsity only. We will notify the girls suiting up and those will need to bring game attire! Others will not need to bring uniforms or anything!

Another successful race for the XC team as they competed at Ness City. Avery and Taryn Boydston placed 1st, Cayson Bodyston finished 5th, and Henry Brull and Nora Andrews came in 10th. Good work today Railers!!!
Ellis hosted the Fall Leadership Conference for District B yesterday. We had 10 schools in attendance with a total of 180 students. The theme was "Survey says.. Join FCCLA". The day was filled with games, learning, leadership, and friendships. Kinley Jones, junior, is a district officer and helped lead the conference. Taegan Shannon, senior, is a State FCCLA officer and provided a breakout session on public speaking. What a great day!
