The Railer Baseball team completed the sweep tonight in Spearville winning game one 8-2 and the final game 5-0. Great job Railers.

EJH KAYS had a paper tower building competition today during seminar. Students could only use paper and tape. They had to see how tall they could make it in 10 minutes. It was a great team building activity.

The Kansas Association of School Boards in coordination with the Ellis School District is conducting an online survey to seek input on desired characteristics of the new superintendent. Ellis High School Junior, Liam Crawford, spent his day at the KSHSAA office in Topeka today sharing his perspective on many topics surrounding the ever-changing realm of activities in Kansas. Liam is one of 12 students across the state serving as a Student Advisory Team member.

Today the JH Scholars Bowl teams finished up their season, with hosting the MCEL League Meet. 7th grade went 5-6 and 8th grade went 8-3 placing 3rd! Great season and congratulations on your accomplishments this season!

Congratulations to the Girls Soccer Team on their 2-1 victory over Wichita Independent yesterday to open the season! The team will play at TMP today as they host Towanda-Circle. Action is set to begin at 4:00pm.
