
Seniors received their caps and gowns today. They were reminded to check the fit and to let Mrs. Mick know tomorrow morning if it doesn’t fit. Graduation will be here before we know it!


Railer basketball season came to an end tonight, but it sure wasn’t due to lack of effort. The team came up just short, dropping the sub-state game at Hoxie, 45-49. Proud of you gentlemen. Keep those heads up. 🚂

The 8th grade Scholars Bowl team went 7-2, placing 2nd at the Hill City tournament today!! Great job 8th graders!!



The EHS Carpentry class works to repair the roof on the baseball field dugout. The roof was damaged in the December wind storm.


Good luck to the Railer Basketball Team as they compete in the Sub-State Quarterfinals tonight at Hoxie. Tip is set for 7:00pm. If you can't make the trip, Open Spaces is streaming tonight's event.

Good luck to our EJH Scholars Bowl Teams today as they compete in Hill City. Meet begins at 4:00pm.

EHS Track & Field practice will begin next week Monday, March 7 at 3:45pm. We will have a participant meeting this week Thursday during seminar.

The senior basketball moms put together a good luck spaghetti supper for the EHS basketball boys team Monday evening. Thank you to Arthur’s Pizza for being gracious and allowing us to use their dining room for the meal. Good luck to the EHS Basketball boys in sub state action!



Congratulations to the 8th Grade Scholars Bowl Team, they went 6-1 at their home tournament today! They were named the tournament Champions ! Way to go Railers!! Tomorrow we head to Hill City.

The EHS Carpentry class held an "Iron Man" competition this week. Points were given for placing in the following events. Timed drive 3 and pull 3 16d nails, number of hits to drive a 16d nail, carpentry trivia, and timed handsaw through a 2x6. It ended in a tie between Jagr Reece and Dalton North with Dalton North winning the tie breaker!


Jarret took a 7-1 loss to Hurla of Roseville. George was defeated by Hilyard of Douglass 12-2. Mason G won by fall over High of Douglass.
