Update for the JH weight schedule June 6-8!
Coach Werth and I have some conflicting schedules. Weights and skills will still start at the same time, but as I have a teaching job in Hays at 9 and Coach Werth will be out of town this week, we will end early at 8:30 for this week only!
Thank you all for understanding! We will resume the original schedule the following weeks after.

EJH SUMMER WEIGHTS & VOLLEYBALL GIRLS: We cannot wait to get back in the gym and weight room! We got final word that Junior High weights will begin at 8:15am and finish at 9. Us coaches will head over to the gym following our skills (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at the high school. Players/students are welcome to come with us, the program will just not begin til 8:15!

Anyone interested is welcome to join us this summer and get a feel for being back on the court! For our skills, we will work on fundamentals and simply getting back into the sport!
Along with skills we will be having weights! This is not mandatory (same with skills), but again is a great opportunity to further athletic performance and agilities!
Congratulations to Makenna Kohl for earning her second trip to the podium today with an 8th place finish in the 800M Run! Makenna’s time was 2:30.85. 🚂🚂
Avery Boydston also competed well in the race, earning 12th place with a time of 2:33.26. 🚂🚂
