Over the last few weeks, EJH students have competed in the Choir Olympics. The events worked on their creativity, song writing, rhythm, breath control, music knowledge, and teamwork. Today was the closing ceremonies with prizes being awarded to the top 3 "countries".


Jamie Richards was our latest JH career speaker. She spoke to the students about her job in radiation and oncology at Hays Med. Thanks Jamie!

We hosted 12 teams for our home Forensics meet today, and it was a great success. This team did an amazing job helping, and I’m extremely proud of them!

The EHS Choir presents Girl Power: Songs by Female Artists for the 2023 dinner theater performance! Tickets for dinner & show can be purchased from the EHS office or a Choir student for $15. Tickets for the show only will be available at the door the night of for $10

Help needed. We are looking for additional help with admissions for the sub-state games scheduled for this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Shifts are 3 hours in length,
5-8pm on Thursday and Friday, and 4:30-7:30pm on Saturday. If you are interested and available for one or more dates, please contact dschoenthaler@usd388.com. Your help is greatly appreciated! Please note that inclement weather is in the forecast, and there is a chance that Thursday's and Friday's scheduled games could be adjusted.

JH Band will travel to TMP tomorrow for MCEL Regional contest. Parents/Guardians with students performing a solo should have an email about what time their student performs. The full band performs at 1:30. Students will need to wear their band shirt and bring money for lunch.
