Fifth Quarter will be held on Sept. 6, Oct. 4, and Oct. 18 until 11:30 PM following the football games for all Ellis High School students. There will be free food, prizes, and games! Fifth Quarter is a safe, alcohol, tobacco, and drug-free place for students to have fun. More information about this wonderful event is included.

Ellis HS and JH cheer squads had a great day at Spirit Spreader in Hoisington today! JH got to work on building their skills and learn how to stunt and HS continued to develop their stunts and learn new routines. We are super excited to see where this year leads us with both squads!

There has been an update on location and start times for our JH volleyball and football contests scheduled for September 5.
JH Volleyball will start at 4:30pm (not 4:00pm) and will be played at Damar (not Logan). The A-Team will play first, followed by the B-Team.
JH Football will start at 6:00pm and will be played at Palco (not Logan).

We will be having our Cheerleader Parent meeting on Thursday August 29th at 7:00pm in the High School gym. This will include High School Cheerleaders and their parents. Also, we ask that the girls that make Jr High Cheer team and their parents attend! We are excited to get this cheer season started!!
JH Volleyball will be taking team pictures tomorrow (8/27) at the high school immediately following school. Uniforms passed out today need to be warn for pictures. We will then have practice at the high school, since the HS Volleyball team is at the Jamboree. Please pickup your kids from the high school! Here is the information for the Football Jamboree in Hoxie Friday! Students dismiss at 3:00pm with the bus scheduled to leave from the football field at 3:20pm.
