I am Howard Barton a graduate of Waukomis High School and the University of Central Oklahoma. I have been a school administrator for the last three years in Pecos, Texas. I have served various roles and will be entering my 25 year in public education. I earned a BBA-Finance, MEd in school administration and I am excited about the opportunity to lead EHS/JH. It’s a great day to be a Railroader.
