Dental Screenings, provided by First Care Clinic, will be held on April 20th, 2022, for Washington Grade School and Ellis Junior/Senior High School students. This is the makeup date from the March 10th, 2022, snow day.

The Kansas Association of School Boards in coordination with the Ellis School District is conducting an online survey to seek input on desired characteristics of the new superintendent. A message from Superintendent Corey Burton.
The EHS Weight Room lock is not working. We have a replacement on order. The Southwest door of the weight room will be open each day from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm. Sorry for any inconvenience.
New USD 388 Opening
FREE dental services this weekend, March 25th-26th, for adults and children. Children ages 1 to 13 are granted the special privilege to schedule an “arrival time” at https://kmomkids.as.me/schedule.php
Power has been restored in Ellis. We will stay in school until our normal 3:24 pm dismissal time.
The Ellis schools are currently without power. We do not have a timeline for when it will be restored. We have a hot meal ready to go. We will stay in session through at least 12:30 pm to allow students to eat. Please watch for updates if we need to dismiss early.
With the current weather conditions USD 388 will run a 2 hour late start today. No AM preschool.
The Child Care Task Force of Ellis County will be hosting a childcare provider meeting for all current and prospective childcare providers. Please see flyer for details.
Due to the forecasted snow, Ellis USD 388 will not have school tomorrow, March 10, 2022. Please stay safe.
