The Ellis Jr. High girls basketball team played TMP on Dec. 6th. Both Ellis varsity and JV squads were glad to end the night as they lost substantially in both contests. The final score for the varsity game was TMP 50 to Ellis 6. The final score in the J.V. contest was TMP 38 to Ellis 8.
Scoring for Ellis varsity was Jersee Fabrizius, Taylor Kohl and Libby Schiel each with two points. Rebound totals for Ellis was Evelyn Merriman with 11, Schiel with four, Jocelyn Eck with two and Kohl, Fabrizius and Rylan Aschenbrenner each with one board.
Scoring for Ellis JV was Achenbrenner with six points and Payten Karst had two. Rebound totals for Ellis JV was Piper McClung with six. Maggie Fitzgerald, Aschenbrenner, Merriman and Dora Bencze each had two and Lyla Richards had one.
