Ellis Junior High and High School Parents:
Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for this week, Tuesday, October 25, and Wednesday, October 26, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. One of the most accurate predictors of a student’s success in school is a strong parental involvement in a child’s education. If you have any questions regarding parent/teacher conferences, please contact the office at 785-726-3151.
A few reminders about conferences:
- Parents are asked to stop by the office to pick up grade cards and assessment results (if applicable).
*Grade cards will show up-to-date grades, but we no longer do 9-week grades, only semester grades. - Teachers will be in their classrooms at Ellis Jr./Sr. High School.
*The grade card will show classroom numbers so teachers can be easily found. - Please be respectful keeping conferences brief so teachers can meet with as many parents as possible.
We have five teachers who will not be here on both nights of conferences. Contact information and availability for each of these teachers is listed below. Please reach out if you would like to meet with them at a different time.
