USD 388 Board of Education

The USD 388 Board of Education is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Todd Flinn as the next Superintendent of Schools, effective July 1, 2026.
This appointment follows a formal search and selection process conducted by the Board with the assistance of the Kansas Association of School Boards. Mr. Flinn was selected based on his demonstrated qualifications, experience in educational leadership, and ability to advance the mission and goals of the district. Mr. Flinn currently serves as the K–6 Principal at Washington Grade School in Ellis.
The Board of Education is confident that Mr. Flinn will provide effective leadership and will work collaboratively with the Board, Administration, Staff, Students, Families, and the Community.
We welcome Mr. Flinn to his upcoming position and look forward to his continued service to the USD 388 school district.
